We build software for U.S. bankruptcy practice.
AI Visionary Group LLC is a Wyoming-based software company. We operate from 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, and build Bankrupt Pro — a focused suite of tools for U.S. consumer bankruptcy practice. The company was founded to attack a single problem that consumes the early hours of every consumer bankruptcy case: chasing financial documents out of clients and banks, and turning them into something a trustee will accept.
We're small, technical, and deliberate about scope. Rather than build a practice-management platform, we ship narrow tools that take one paperwork-heavy step and make it repeatable. Bankrupt Pro Connect
Bankrupt Pro Connect pulls a debtor's bank transactions and statements through Plaid's read-only API and produces court-ready document packets formatted for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings. Attorneys send a secure invite link to a client, the client connects their financial institutions in minutes, and verified transaction history and account statements flow into a packet the trustee can accept. The same workflow supports pro se filers who are preparing their own case.
On AI Case tiers, Connect runs an optional forensic transaction analysis over the verified data: risk scoring, means-test (CMI) computation, flagged-transaction categorization, exemption status, creditor payment patterns, and predicted 341 meeting questions. The analysis is informational only — every result is presented with the underlying transactions and must be reviewed by the attorney of record (or, for pro se filers, by the filer themselves) before it informs any filing.
Documents produced by Bankrupt Pro Connect are generated to match the format trustees expect in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings — including the standard 60, 90, and 180-day lookback windows referenced in 11 U.S.C. § 521 and routinely requested at the 341 meeting. We follow trustee guidance, local bankruptcy rules, and the conventions adopted by the U.S. Trustee Program as those evolve.
That said, Bankrupt Pro is software, not legal advice. Attorneys remain responsible for case strategy, chapter selection, exemption planning, schedule preparation, and every representation made on a filing. Pro se filers are strongly encouraged to consult a licensed bankruptcy attorney or a legal aid organization in their district. Many bar associations offer free initial consultations, and most districts maintain panel-attorney referral programs. Our software is not a substitute for that advice.
Bankrupt Pro and AI Visionary Group LLC are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, recommendations, referrals, or counseling about legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, selection of forms, or legal strategies. Use of our software does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and AI Visionary Group LLC. Communications with our support staff are not privileged.
Bankrupt Pro is not a “bankruptcy petition preparer” within the meaning of 11 U.S.C. § 110. Under that statute, BPP services are performed by a person who prepares a document for filing on behalf of a debtor. Software-generated output produced by the user operating the software is distinct: the user alone chooses what information to input, what documents to generate, which outputs to rely on, and what to file. Pro se filers are responsible for their own filings, their own forms, their own schedules, and their own compliance with the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and local rules.
